At Physical Medicine of the Rockies, our physicians focus on more than just the direct site of injury. Emphasis is placed on optimizing the patient experience through a mind-body treatment regimen. Our physicians practice under the philosophy that the mind and body work together in the treatment and healing process. Patients can expect to have an active and shared decision-making experience with the physician.
Full recovery and achieving one’s expectations is a very complex balance which involves resiliency, nutrition and balance of the mind with restoration of the musculoskeletal system.
We practice what we preach; the mind and body are integral to return one’s self to the highest level of function and quality of life.
Common Neuromusculoskeletal Disorders and Problems
We address common disorders involving the shoulders, elbows, wrists/hands, hips, knees, ankles/feet, neck and back. These types of problems can occur with or without an injury and can manifest as arthritis, sprains, strains, aches and pains.
